How to Sign Up
You’ll need your account number from your Village water bill.
On a Computer:
- Visit https://eyeonwater.com/signup
- Enter your zip code (53508) and search for “Village of Belleville.”
- Enter your account number and your name exactly as it appears on your bill.
- Create a username and password, then verify your email
On a Mobile Device:
- Download the free EyeOnWater® app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Open the app and tap Sign Up.
- Enter zip code 53508 and select Village of Belleville.
- Enter your account number and name as shown on your bill.
- Create a username and password, then verify your email.
