Customers need to contact the Utility Clerk at (608) 424-3341 to start, transfer or cancel utility services with the Belleville Water & Sewer Utility.
- New Property Owners - Call to confirm that we have received the correct information from the Title Company.
- New Construction Property Owners - Call to confirm that we have your information listed on the new account.
- Tenants and/or Landlords - Call to begin or end service and provide correct billing information. When beginning or ending service, please contact us at least 3 days in advance.
Change of Address
Please contact the Utility Clerk at (608) 424-3341 for any changes in the billing address. If you are a winter vacationer and would like your bills to be delivered to your vacation address, please contact the Utility Clerk.
