What about online payments?
To pay online 24 hours a day, visit bellevillewi.ourcommunityconnect.com Sign up to access your account. Use your email address and provide a password. To link your account, you will need your account number (with the dashes). You should enter your name exactly as it appears on your water bill (i.e. if your name is in all capital letters on your water bill, enter it in all capital letters when you link your account).
Does the village have direct payment plans for water bills?

How does the Direct Payment Plan work?
You authorize regularly schedule payments to be made from your checking or savings account. Your payments will be made automatically on the due date, which is the 20th of the month. Payments will be taken out the closest working date to the 20th of the month if the 20th lands on a holiday or weekend.
How will I know when the payment will be taken out of my account and how much?
All water bills are due on the 20th of each month. Payment will be taken out the closest working day to the 20th of the month. Proof of payments will appear on your bank statement.
How long will direct pay be in effect?
The authority you give to charge your account will remain in effect until you notify us in writing to terminate the authorization.
