Belleville has a long tradition of maintaining a balance between nature and development. It has always maintained parks and other open space as an important aspect of new development, with an emphasis on neighborhood parks and adequate facilities to support youth athletic programs.
Neighborhood Parks
- Neighborhood Parks Open: 6:00 am to 10 pm
- Regional Parks Open: 5:00 am to 10 pm
- Drinking of alcoholic beverages in all Village Parks requires a permit.
