Finance and Governance Committee

The Finance & Governance Committee oversees the following sections of the village operations:

  • Rules for committees, commissions, and boards
  • Clerk's office processes and procedures
  • Budgeting and financial planning
  • Communications and public relations
  • Personnel management
  • Food pantry processes and procedures
  • Information Technology processes and procedures

Composition

The Finance & Governance committee consists of five (5) members, of whom at least two (2) members shall be citizen members who are not village officials. The Village President appoints citizen members, who are subject to the confirmation of the Village Board for a term of a year. The Village Trustee(s) are appointed annually by the Village Board.
