The Event Calendar on the Village's website shows all Special Events that have been approved by the Village Board. It is also available for other events hosted in Belleville or the surrounding areas.
If any member of the community would like their event shared on the Village Calendar, please provide the following information below at least one week before you would like the event posted using this form. Events posted should be within the calendar year to be considered.
Please Include:
- Contact person's name, phone number, email
- Name of the event
- Group Sponsoring
- Date(s) and times
- A detailed description
- Links to websites/social media for promotion
The Village reserves the right to decline any event submission for inclusion on the website calendar. All event postings are subject to review, and the final decision regarding approval or denial rests solely with the Village Administrator.
